Features and Applications: DMD heat-resistant epoxy resin pre impregnated fabric is made of polyester film, polyester fiber, non-woven fabric, soft composite material, impregnated with heat-resistant epoxy resin and cured. The pre impregnated resin nonwoven fabric (HTEPP), which replaces imported heat-resistant epoxy resin nonwoven fabric, has excellent electrical properties, heat resistance, flame retardancy, and long storage life at room temperature. It can be used as interlayer insulation for low-voltage coils of dry-type transformers, as well as insulation for Class F motor slots and interphase insulation.

1. Appearance
The surface should be smooth, flat, with uniform thickness, without impurities, folds, blisters, wrinkles, holes, and other issues. The product should have softness and there should be no adhesion when uncoiling.
2. Dimensions
2.1 Length pre impregnated fabric is supplied in rolls, with an outer diameter of not less than 200mm per roll, a length of not less than 50m per roll, and a weight of not less than 20 kilograms. The length of each roll is not more than 2 sections, and each section is not less than 5m. There is a clear mark at the section head.
2.2 The width of each roll of pre impregnated fabric should be consistent. The width can be divided into various specifications and sizes according to user requirements, with a range of 10-1000mm,
