6641F grade DMD insulation paper, also known as polyester film polyester fiber non-woven flexible composite material.
6641F grade DMD insulation paper is a polyester non-woven fabric (i.e. polyester non-woven fabric) bonded on both sides of the film. The polyester film and non-woven fabric respectively play the following roles:
Polyester non-woven fabric: enhances the mechanical strength and stiffness of the film, maintains good softness, and improves heat resistance. Fiber paper has excellent adsorption properties, with good adsorption between the slot wall and the coil, to avoid displacement during operation.
Polyester film: The film has good dielectric properties, which can compensate for the insufficient dielectric strength of fiber paper.
The structure of 6641F grade DMD insulation paper can meet the requirements of dielectric strength, mechanical properties, and application process performance. Therefore, DMD insulation paper is suitable for slot insulation, interphase insulation, wire insulation, and pad insulation of motors, appliances, transformers, household appliances, and electronic equipment.
